Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026.

WebSavers (“we,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

WebSavers, a web hosting and design business based in Carterton, Oxfordshire, England.

What we collect

Why we collect it

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We share it only where necessary — with infrastructure and payment providers who help us deliver our services, and where required by law. Any third party handling your data on our behalf is bound by a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep client account and billing records for as long as required by UK tax law (normally 6 years after the end of the relevant accounting period), and enquiry/contact data for as long as reasonably needed to respond, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it elsewhere. Contact us at hello@websavers.co.uk to exercise any of these. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data.

Cookies

This site may use essential cookies to function and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand how it’s used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
